Anne Hardy, ARNP

Anne Hardy is the owner and primary provider at Washington Workers Clinic’s Lynnwood location. She opened Washington Workers Clinic in June 2024, and the clinic’s reputation quickly grew through word of mouth, employer referrals, and consistent, patient-focused care. Anne now treats patients from across Washington State.

Anne began her nursing career in obstetrics and gynecology, where she spent more than 15 years providing direct patient care and supporting families through pregnancy and childbirth. While living overseas as a Navy spouse, she worked as a nurse at the U.S. Embassy in Bahrain, where her passion for hands-on, relationship-based care was rekindled.

She went on to advance her education through Frontier Nursing University, earning her doctorate and becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Anne has additional training in functional medicine and is a certified practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP). When appropriate, she incorporates functional medicine principles into patient care to support long-term health alongside occupational and injury-related treatment.

Anne’s clinical approach emphasizes clear communication, thorough documentation, and collaboration with patients, employers, and referral partners.
